Payment Method:

In order to assure the most secured and efficient transactions, You can choose the payment method as follows:

1) by charging the credit card You indicated and the details of which You provided in the order page of Banca Sella Holding. The connection to the Banca Sella Holding’s server will be performed within the SSL security standars. The transmission of Your credit card number and details will be a responsibility of Banca Sella Holding; it will not be handled by SAVENT Srl in any way and SAVENT Srl will not know or collect Your credit card number or the details of it.

2) By money transfer to SAVENT Srl account. The banking coordinates will be displayed at the end of the procedure of purchase.

3) By transfer via Paypal.

How to Buy Online:

1. Once You are registered and logged in, select Your desiderated product, indicating the quantities You want to buy;
2. Click on the shopping cart icon in order to place each product into the shopping cart;
3. Once everything You want to buy is in the shopping cart, click on the “CHECK OUT” button;
4. Follow the instructions detailed step by step to complete the payment procedure of Your choice (credit card charge through the Banca Sella Holding’s server to which You will be redirected; money transfer; Paypal).
5. Once the payment procedure is complete, a warning page will be displayed and an e-mail of  confirmation of the order will be sent to the e-mail address You provided. In case You do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us via e-mail at the info@saventflags.com

Shipment and Delivery Terms:

Payment by money transfer: If the products You ordered are in stock, the products will be shipped to You within 5 working days of the date we receive the money transfer. If Your chosen products are not in stock, they will be shipped within ten working days from the date we receive the money transfer.  

Payment via Paypal: If the products You ordered are in stock, the products will be shipped to You within 5 working days of the date we receive the money transfer confirmation from Paypal . If Your chosen products are not in stock, they will be shipped within ten working days from the date we receive the money transfer confirmation from Paypal.

The terms above are referred to the time normally required to prepare a shipment and/or produce Your selected products, when not immediately available. In case Your order exceed these terms, we shall warn You. SAVENT Srl shall not be held responsible for any damage due to delays in the delivery. In case You have selected both products available in stock and products not available in stock, Your order will be shipped complete, once every product is available.

Depending on the destination of Your products, You will be able to verify the shipping costs in the shopping cart, changing as You increase or decrease the quantity of the products. 

Domestic Shipping Rates: for shipments with destination Italy, You can choose two different methods and therefore rates; the options are the following:

Right of withdrawal:

In conformity with the provisions of the Italian legislative decree dated May 1999, n. 185/99, in realization of directive 99/7/CE concerning the Consumers'protection regulations (Distance Selling), and of the Italian legislative decree dated 6th September 2005, n. 206 (Code of consume), You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without any specification of reason, within ten working days from the day you receive the products, unless the interested products supplied are personalized.

In order to withdraw, You have to inform SAVENT Srl within the above indicated term, choosing among these methods:

1. by registered post or telegram sent to SAVENT Srl, Via Limbiate 66, 00135 Rome (RM), Italy;
2. by e-mail: info@saventflags.com

Within the same period of ten working days from the day You receive the products, You must return the products in the original conditions and packaging with their delivery notes.

Please remember that the right to withdraw from the contract is not applicable to personalized products.

Within 5 working days from the day SAVENT Srl receives the documentation and the products, Your  credit card will be fully refunded of the amount You paid, except for the shipping costs.

In case You paid by money transfer, You will have to indicate, in Your communication of withdrawal, the bank’s account whereto receive the refund. 
In case You paid via Paypal, We shall refund You via Paypal.

In the case You exercise Your right of withdrawal and Your product have not been shipped to You yet, SAVENT Srl will refund You of all the costs, including applied shipping charges, except for the banking costs, within 5 working days from You communication of withdrawal. 

Anyway, Paypal fees that SAVENT were charged for, and Paypal fees You will be charged for, are at Your expense.

Warranties:

NSAVENT Srl recognizes Your rights stated by Title III of the Italian legislative decree dated 6th September 2005, n. 206 (Code of consume).

SAVENT Srl guarantees that the products are without flaws or defects and are undamaged.

In case You find Your product faulty or damaged just inform SAVENT Srl within ten working days from the day you receive the products, choosing among these methods:

1. by registered post or telegram sent to SAVENT Srl, Via Emilio De Cavalieri 7, 00198 Rome (RM), Italy;
2. by e-mail: info@saventflags.com

The faulty or damaged products, with their delivery notes, will be picked up by the courier which delivered them to You and the costs for the pickup will be at the expense of SAVENT Srl. If You ask to be refunded, within 5 working days from the day SAVENT Srl receive the documentation and the faulty or damaged products, Your credit card will be fully refund of the amount You paid, including the shipping costs. If You ask for a replacement and the products required are in stock, they will be shipped to You within 5 working days from the day SAVENT Srl receive the documentation and the faulty or damaged products. If the products required for replacement are not in stock, they will be shipped as soon as they are available and anyway within the normal time of production for the kind of product.

SAVENT Srl reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged or defective goods prior to replacement or credit. If no damage or defect is found by SAVENT Srl, the product will be shipped back to You with the shipment at Your expense.

Standing what is stated above, in the case You see that the box brought to You by the courier is damaged, please do not accept it, or instruct the courier to write on the documents that You accept it with “reserve”.

We work with BANCA SELLA HOLDING to protect Your credit card transaction; we shall never have direct access to it during the transaction.
